This policy describes how the Subscribly app for iPhone (“the app”), developed by Maxim Rebitsky (“we”, “us”), handles information, and what happens when you contact us through this website.
1. What you enterSubscriptions, prices, billing dates, categories, notes, payments you mark as paid, your budget and your settings are kept in the app's database on your iPhone. They are never sent to us.
2. iCloud sync (Subscribly Pro)If you have Subscribly Pro and are signed in to iCloud, the same data is also stored in your private iCloud database (CloudKit), so it can reach your other devices and survive a new phone. That database is operated by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; we cannot see or access it. You can stop syncing in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud, and delete the synced data under iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
3. PurchasesPayments are processed by Apple. We never receive your name, email address or payment details.
To confirm what you have bought and unlock Pro, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID created on your device, your in-app purchase history in this app (product, price, currency, dates and transaction identifiers) and basic technical details such as the app version, iOS version, device model, App Store country and, as with any network request, your IP address. This data is not linked to your identity and is used only to provide your purchases and aggregate sales statistics. See
RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
4. Importing subscriptionsmonobank. You create a personal token at api.monobank.ua yourself. The token is read-only: it cannot make payments or transfers. The app keeps it in the iOS Keychain on this iPhone only (it is not synced to your other devices) and sends it nowhere except monobank. With it, the app downloads from monobank your client information (your name and the list of your accounts with their type, currency, balance and masked card number) so you can choose an account, and that account's statement for up to the last 90 days. All requests go directly from your iPhone to api.monobank.ua — never through us or any other server. The statement is analysed on your device and kept only while the import screen is open; only the subscriptions you choose to add are saved. You can remove the token at any time with “Use a different token” on the import screen, or by deleting the app. monobank's own terms and privacy policy apply to its API.
CSV files you choose are read on your device and are not uploaded.
Screenshots. You pick a single image with the system photo picker — the app does not ask for access to your photo library. Text is recognised on your device with Apple's Vision framework; the image is not stored or uploaded.
5. Service iconsLogos for services in the built-in catalogue ship with the app. For a service that is not in the catalogue, the app may look up its icon through Apple's public iTunes Search API (itunes.apple.com). That request contains the service name, your device's region (so that the right App Store country is searched) and, like any network request, your IP address — nothing else about you. Icons that are found are cached on your device.
6. Notifications and widgetsPayment and trial reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone by the system notification service. Widgets read a short summary — the month's totals, the next payment, a trial countdown, your budget status and whether Pro is active — that the app writes to storage shared only with its own widget on the same device (an App Group).
7. What we do not do- No analytics or advertising SDKs, and no advertising identifier.
- No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
- No selling or sharing of your data.
- No account or sign-in.
8. Contacting usIf you write to us by email or through the form on the
Support page, we receive what you send — for example your name, email address, device details and message — and use it only to answer you. Messages from the form reach us through the website's hosting provider, Gallera.
9. ChildrenThe app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
10. Your choices and rightsDeleting the app removes everything stored on your device. Synced data can be deleted from iCloud as described above. Because we hold no personal data from the app ourselves, there is usually nothing for us to export or erase; if you would like the purchase records held by RevenueCat or your messages to us deleted, write to us and we will do it. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to complain to your local data-protection authority.
11. ChangesIf this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
