Subscribly for iPhone · Effective 3 November 2026

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Subscribly app for iPhone (“the app”), provided by Maxim Rebitsky (“we”, “us”). They supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which also applies. By downloading or using the app you agree to both.
1. What the app does
Subscribly helps you keep track of the subscriptions and recurring payments you enter or import. It is a planning tool, not a bank, payment service or financial adviser: it does not pay, cancel or manage subscriptions with third parties for you. Totals converted between currencies use approximate exchange rates, and dates and amounts are only as accurate as the information you provide. Always check important figures with your bank or the service provider.

2. Subscribly Pro
Some features — such as unlimited subscriptions, import beyond the free limit, statistics, budgets, widgets, custom categories and iCloud sync — require Subscribly Pro, available as:
  • Monthly and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions;
  • Lifetime, a one-time purchase.

The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app under Settings → Subscribly Pro. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • To get Pro back on a new or reinstalled device signed in to the same Apple Account, tap Restore on the Pro screen in the app (Settings → Upgrade to Pro).

3. Third-party services
Optional features rely on services we do not control — monobank for statement import, Apple iCloud for sync and RevenueCat for purchase validation. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.

4. Names and logos
Names and logos of services shown in the app belong to their respective owners and are used only to help you recognise your own subscriptions. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

5. Your use of the app
The app is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use under the Standard EULA. Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it except as allowed by law.

6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy or uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including missed payments, charges from third-party services or decisions made using information in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.

8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
